Title: License Plate Review Specialist (On-site)
Location: Sunrise, FL || Duration: Full-Time
Schedule: Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. This position supports a 7-day operation and may require occasional weekend or holiday coverage.
About the Role
Kyra Solutions is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our growing tolling operations team as License Plate Review Specialist.
In this role, you will review vehicle images captured by electronic toll collection systems and accurately identify license plate information to support toll processing operations across the United States.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy focused computer-based work, have strong attention to detail, and can maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Skills and Experience
* High school diploma or GED.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and vehicle attributes from images.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry applications.
* Ability to maintain focus while processing high volumes of transactions.
* Typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Previous data entry experience.
* Experience in image review, quality control, transaction processing, or administrative support.
* Experience working in a production or performance-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities
* Review vehicle images captured by tolling systems.
* Identify and enter license plate numbers accurately.
* Verify vehicle registration states and plate types.
* Apply established image review procedures and business rules.
* Escalate unclear or complex transactions when necessary.
* Maintain quality and productivity standards.
* Support daily operational goals and service-level commitments.
* Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.
* Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
