Duties/Responsibilities

Develop, customize, enhance Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
Performs code review(s); serves as technical lead, as assigned.
Builds and maintains integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware and integration tools. (e.g., MuleSoft)
Understands DevOps practices, Cl/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.) and version control systems.
Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench, etc.
Assures requirements are defined and approved, performs code reviews and ensures agency application development standards are met.
Works with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved
Performs impact analyses to identify interdependencies; assists with design reviews.
Able to perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, System configuration, data analytics, and automating processes
Supports software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2-3 years in the Omnistudio platform
5+ years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs.
6 mos 1 year of experience working on public sector solutions (Grants Management) preferred
Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product
Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.
Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.

Certifications

Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII)
