AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: $150,000 – $210,000 per year

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will work with large datasets, implement predictive analytics solutions, and collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for real-world business applications

• Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference

• Deploy ML models into production environments using scalable architectures

• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and monitoring

• Work closely with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI capabilities

• Research and implement advanced AI techniques including NLP and deep learning

• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of ML systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 4+ years of experience in machine learning or AI development

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)

• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs

• NLP and computer vision experience

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

• Familiarity with MLOps practices
