As a DevOps Architect, you will leverage your extensive IT experience to design, implement, and oversee advanced DevOps solutions. You will serve as a thought leader within our organization and the industry, influencing best practices, fostering innovation, and mentoring our technical teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
- Drive DevOps best practices, automation, and infrastructure-as-code strategies across the organization.
- Act as a thought leader, influencing DevOps strategies industry-wide and representing the company at conferences or panels.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless automation and integration.
- Define and establish governance, standards, and guidelines for DevOps practices.
- Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on DevOps principles and practices.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Advocate for a DevOps culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
**Qualifications:**
- Over 15 years of IT experience with a strong background in infrastructure, development, and operations.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code.
- Thought leader with recognized contributions to the DevOps community, conferences, publications, or open-source projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, DevOps Engineer certifications) are a plus.
