Workday Instructional Designer

• 5 or more years of experience in instructional design for enterprise Workday ERP transitions.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia development tools.
• Experience with Workday Learning Management System for tracking and reporting learner progress.
• Experience in 508-compliance standards and SCORM-compliant instructional development.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator for multimedia creation.
• Experience with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Create interactive eLearning programs and microlearning content using advanced authoring software.
• Execute comprehensive training needs assessments and audience analyses to define objectives.
• Design 508-compliant training assets including storyboards, video scripts, and reference guides.
• Manage project timelines and resource allocation using standardized project management tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of specialized training materials.
• Integrate Workday LMS functionality to deliver and monitor large-scale training initiatives.
• Analyze assessment data and quizzes to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs.
