Digital Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in the Greater Charlotte, NC area that is looking for a Digital Developer to own the development, management, and optimization of their websites and CMS platforms.

Summary:
You will collaborate with marketing, design, and technology stakeholders to deliver engaging digital experiences that drive lead generation, location growth, and member engagement. This role emphasizes front-end development, CMS management (Builder.io and WordPress), and scaling location pages while supporting all client digital properties.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Front-End Development:
* Build and maintain web pages, components, and templates using Next.js
* Implement responsive, accessible, mobile-first interfaces aligned to brand guidelines
* Optimize for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility

CMS Management:
* Manage and configure content in Builder.io and WordPress
* Create reusable modules, templates, and content structures
* Train non-technical users to update and manage content as needed

Web Properties & Integrations:
* Own development and optimization of the primary website, franchise/location pages, and related microsites
* Support implementation of location-page changes (including through tools like SOCI)
* Ensure seamless integrations with third-party tools (CRM, lead forms, analytics, etc.)
* Support campaign landing pages, blog content, and other brand initiatives

Collaboration & Delivery:
* Partner with marketing and design to launch features and campaigns quickly
* Work with IT and vendor partners on integrations, updates, and issue resolution
* Maintain version control, security, and scalability best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years of front-end development experience
* Strong proficiency with Next.js (React ecosystem)
* Hands-on experience with Builder.io and WordPress
* Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
* Experience with SEO best practices, performance optimization, and responsive design
* Familiarity with Git/GitHub and modern deployment workflows

Preferred Experience:
* Multi-location/franchise website management
* API integrations with marketing/CRM platforms
* Understanding of UX/UI principles
* Basic familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO tools

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
