Job Profile: SAP Business Analyst - SAP R/3 module SD and MM and EDI
Job Location: Bangalore (Client Location – No Remote)
Certifications: SAP MM / SD Certified

Position Summary : 7 years – Senior Resource - SAP SD/MM Production Support Consultant - SAP R/3 module SD and MM and EDI

Main Accountabilities
SAP Daily Task Operations:
Troubleshoot SAP issues as needed by the location over Global Service Desk procedure
1st level SAP Support for SAP (Key) users, coordination and escalation to 2nd level SAP Support at headquarter and Global Shared Service (center)
Support SAP Key User (KU) organization concept in APAC locations
Coordinate SAP activities and problems within the location and to headquarter and GSS for responsible SAP modules, particularly experienced in XX module
Monitoring of end user data processing and EDI messages e.g. inventory, consumption of materials etc.
Provide SAP S/4 HANA end-user training
Out-of-hours cover for IT emergency case

Coaching, Mentoring and Knowledge Management:
Provide SAP and process knowledge training to other SAP Business Analysts in the local or regional team
Perform SAP Supporting Service Reviews, Project Reviews and mentor project managers on project management methodology, standards and processes
Maintain SAP generic and project documentation and updates to relevant knowledge management bases; analyses lessons learned and share with the organization’s SAP supporting force community
Support leader of IT in annual SAP strategy and plan and active participation in local SAP related projects in accordance with corporate IT
IT reporting by responsible location, IT division and IT area as ONE-IT and ONE-REGIONAL-IT-SYSTEM

SAP Processes & Project Management:
Evaluate complex situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcome for the customer
Support implementation SAP project as power key user, in various modules
Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to executive team
Motivate work of others outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
Support and optimize local and cross-company business processes (process reengineering) through adequate SAP applications in accordance with corporate standard processes
Support cross-functional IT project process definition and data interface setup with SAP system
Provide Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) on selected business processes to assemble input into business case

Experiences:
7 + years deep experience on SAP R/3 (one or more) modules PP, MM, SD, WM, QM and peripheral SAP solutions
Good knowledge of SAP R/3 module SD and MM and EDI is must
4+ SAP plant or module level go live support is must
Good knowledge in the realization of standard processes in corresponding SAP modules in automotive industry
Experience in requirements analysis and project management is must
Experience with enterprise level IT Service Management (ITSM) solution e.g. ServiceNow etc.
Good knowledge of SAP R/3 module PP or WM/eWM or QM is advantage
Experience of SAP S4 HANA On Premises is advantage
Knowledge in FICO module and ABAP experience is advantage
Experience with ERP system experience of developing and maintenance is advantage
Experience in automotive industries is advantage
Good English skills required for communication in an international setting
Ability to work outside of normal business hours, as necessary, to meet aggressive deadlines and help the organization manage crises
Flexible, hardworking, highly motivated person with proactive approach to work
Willingness to learn new things are required

Education/Major:
Bachelor degree or above.
