Atlassian Tools Administrator - Jira Admin, Confluence & Azure Migration - 68325

We have an immediate need for a Technical Lead Atlassian Tools Administrator in Ann Arbor, MI 48109. This is a full-time onsite opportunity for a highly skilled professional with deep expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem and cloud migration.
In this role, you will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and supporting the complete Atlassian toolchain, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Zephyr. You will lead the migration of Atlassian Data Center environments from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, ensuring a seamless and secure transition. The role involves configuring workflows, permissions, automation, and integrations across the Atlassian suite while proactively troubleshooting system issues and enhancing platform performance. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions and provide technical leadership across enterprise-wide initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience with Jira Administration, the broader Atlassian suite, and large-scale Data Center to Azure Cloud migration projects. Expertise in system configuration, integrations, scripting, and automation is essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
