Job Title: Data Governance Specialist - Customer, Loyalty, Marketing

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to help our team ensure the highest standards in customer data quality, governance, and compliance within a retail environment. Our team values expertise in data privacy and collaboration, enabling us to support impactful business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain customer data quality for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Apply and enforce data governance policies, standards, and rules across customer data processes.
- Maintain data catalog, metadata, and data lineage documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
Required:
- Experience in data governance and data quality initiatives.
- Strong understanding of customer data processes in retail environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including C-suite level executives.
- Knowledge of data privacy, PII management, and compliance requirements.
- Need expertise in Loyalty Marketing.
