Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Architect to join a major ERP transformation initiative supporting the State of Georgia. The role will be responsible for architecting, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM solutions in a cloud-based enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across system configuration, integration, security compliance, and lifecycle management of Oracle Fusion applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across finance, HR, and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and HCM platforms.

• Lead configuration management, quarterly release planning, validation, testing, and deployment activities.

• Manage full ERP project lifecycle including requirements gathering, architecture design, implementation, and ongoing support.

• Perform security reviews and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.

• Configure workflows, automation, and business processes within Oracle Fusion applications.

• Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for application customization and automation.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, HR, and Payroll to align ERP solutions with operational needs.

• Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and third-party enterprise systems.

• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Oracle Cloud infrastructure and configuration management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in ERP systems administration or implementation.

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM/HCM.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Fusion configuration frameworks.

• Experience implementing and managing workflow configurations and automation.

• Strong understanding of Finance, HR, and Payroll processes and their integration with ERP systems.

• Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting within Oracle Fusion environments.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting public sector or government ERP implementations.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion integrations and security frameworks.

• Experience with cloud-based ERP transformation projects.
