 Help Desk Consultant (2 Openings)

Location: Onsite role in Summerville, SC
Start Date: October 1, 2026

Rate: $25/Hour on c2c and 1099
Contract Duration: Through January 15, 2027, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment
Schedule: Six days per week; see shifts below

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite help desk support during the go-live and subsequent operations.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computers, handheld scanners, and label printers.
• Resolve user issues involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Record, track, and resolve requests in a ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues and work with other IT teams to restore service quickly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level 2 help desk or desktop support role; Level 2 experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting hardware, especially handheld scanners and label printers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Experience using a ticketing system.
• Mac support experience is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Benicia on one of the six-day schedules below.
