Summary

Overview

The Senior Business Process Optimization Analyst is responsible for leading enterprise process improvement initiatives with an initial focus on the Capacity Management Standard. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive efficiencies through standardization and automation.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Capacity Management Standard, including learning, understanding, and operationalizing the standard.
  • Lead the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the Capacity Management Standard from initiation through adoption.
  • Support the publication and socialization of the standard with internal customers and stakeholders.
  • Drive expansion of the standard across additional domains.
  • Partner with Technology teams to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into actionable process improvement and optimization initiatives.
  • Identify manual processes and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
  • 5+ years' experience leading business process optimization or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven ability to independently own initiatives from problem identification through implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply enterprise standards, operating models, or governance frameworks and translate them into actionable execution plans.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment.


Desired Qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certification, Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Certified Lean Practitioner.
  • Experience supporting capacity management, IT operations, or cloud environments.
  • Exposure to process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology and compliance teams.
