IVA Customer Experience (CX) Designer

Location: Remote

Contract: 6+ months

Job Description:

Role: Bridge the gap between guest needs and technical execution. You will research and design the conversational flows for both chat and voice, ensuring a premium "resort-style" feel in every interaction.

Experience: 1 3 years designing Google CCAI platforms across both voice and text modalities.

Core Skills:

Expertise in Conversation Design (VUI/CUI) and persona development.

Ability to map complex user journeys for bookings, dining, and hospitality services.

Strong focus on "agentic" flow research-designing how agents should pivot and escalate.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with the UX requirements of Google's next-gen agentic interfaces.
