Client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the migration from a legacy G-Cloud environment to Google Cloud Platform 3.0 within EVDD.
This highly visible role drives cross-team alignment, manages risks, ensures milestone delivery, and provides executive-level updates.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end cloud migration programs, define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
Coordinate across engineering, networking, security, and platform teams.
Track progress, report to leadership, and manage risks/dependencies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous process improvement.

Requirements:
10+ years in IT program management with enterprise cloud experience.
Strong technical fluency in cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable).
Advanced Jira skills and experience managing complex, cross-team programs.
Executive presence with strong communication and risk management skills.

Preferred:
Google Cloud Platform migrations, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Terraform, enterprise/automotive experience.
