The Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to serve as a critical partner between business stakeholders and technology teams. In this role, you will analyze business needs, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that support strategic objectives. You will act as a liaison between business and IT, helping translate requirements into effective system and process changes that impact core organizational functions, including policies, workflows, and enterprise applications.
Key Tasks:
* Lead multiple initiatives from inception through delivery, ensuring solutions align with business needs
* Elicit, document, and validate requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria
* Develop process maps, flow diagrams, and use cases to support solution design
* Identify opportunities to refine workflows through automation, restructuring, or elimination
* Provide ongoing application and system support as needed
* Contribute to technical design specifications for complex, high-impact initiatives
* Research and evaluate third-party software solutions
* Deliver data-driven business recommendations based on critical analysis
* Manage multiple requests with varying levels of complexity while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
* Independently administer Salesforce environments, including user access, security settings, page layouts, and record types

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology initiatives
* 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
* Experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud
* Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
* Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to partner across technical and non-technical teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
