Manhattan WMS Expert - Production Support | SQL | Warehouse Management

Location: Memphis, TN OR Bethlehem, PA (Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS Expert with strong warehouse management and production support experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Manhattan WMS, SQL, incident resolution, service request management, and warehouse operations support. This role requires close interaction with warehouse operators, business users, offshore teams, and technical stakeholders while providing L2 production support in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Manhattan WMS applications.
• Resolve incidents, production issues, and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot warehouse operational issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Work closely with warehouse operators and business stakeholders.
• Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting, validation, and issue analysis.
• Coordinate with offshore support teams for issue resolution and deployments.
• Analyze recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Monitor application health and support warehouse operations.
• Participate in production support activities, release validations, and system testing.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate and work onsite from Day 1.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and 24/7 support environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience

• 6+ years of Manhattan WMS experience.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience.
• Experience supporting warehouse operations and production environments.
