We are looking for Pega Lead Business Analyst for our client in New York City, NY

Job Title: Pega Lead Business Analyst

Job Location: New York City, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

Responsibilities:

Lead business analysis efforts for Pega projects in Banking Capital Markets and Insurance focusing on Constellation UX and modular design.
Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure business requirements reflect domainspecific needs such as regulatory compliance financial product workflows and insurance processing.
Define and document functional specifications process flows and data mappings tailored to BCM and Insurance operations.
Ensure alignment with Common Data Model and enterprise integration standards across financial and insurance systems.
Manage stakeholder engagement and change control with a strong understanding of domainspecific KPIs and SLAs.

Experience and Skills:

10 years of business analysis experience with 3 years in Pega projects.
Strong understanding of Pega Infinity Platform and Constellation UX.
Experience working with Common Data Model and integration requirements.
Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Pega Business Architect certification required.
