Job DescriptionYou will be the RF Engineering Associate Manager - F16 Radar for the IFG F-16 Radar team which is responsible for advancing radar capabilities on the F-16 platform.
What You Will Be DoingAs the RF Engineering Associate Manager - F16 Radar you will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team to deliver cutting-edge radar subsystems that enable superior mission outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the research, design, development, integration, testing, production, and sustainment of Radar subsystems for F-16 aircraft.
- Drive effective project, problem-resolution, and risk-management practices.
- Translate customer needs into system and subsystem requirements and develop statements of work.
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal groups, and customers to create compelling proposals.
- Mentor and develop engineers, set clear performance expectations, and support career growth.

Basic Qualifications Engineering degree from an accredited college.
Experience with technical project management.
Experience leading technical integration projects.
Experience in Radar, EW or RF design, operations, implementation or aircraft integration
Experience with laboratory or flight testing of Radar (or EW) Systems.
Desired skills Technical leadership experience.
Proven track record of growing early career engineers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience presenting to internal and external customers and suppliers.
Experience in building relationships, fostering collaboration and working cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience using earned value management systems to manage a team's cost and schedule performance.
Experience with responding to customer proposals and other capture activities.
Experience with Production and Sustainment of systems.

Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $123,500 - $217,695. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $142,000 - $246,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
