Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with strong handson skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations.The ideal candidate will be able to design scalable technical solutions, lead development efforts, and work effectively in a fastpaced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce applications and integrations
Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications
Build LWC components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and API integrations
Ensure code quality, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot performance issues and support large-scale Salesforce environments

Required Skills

10+ years of professional development experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, data model, and security
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and 3rd-party integrations
Proficiency with SOQL/SOSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum and iterative SDLC
Ability to design, build, test, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Application or System Architect
Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication and teamwork
Ability to lead projects and work independently
