Summary

Role: Core Java Developer

Locations: Arlington, VA (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview MUST

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3-4 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Required Skills:

5 to 7 years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, Microservice architecture.
Hands on experience with SQL, DB2/Sybase, including modelling and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Shell/Unix, Perl/python is required.
Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels

Desired skills:

Knowledge of Banking or Financial industryproject experience is valuable.
Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development is plus
