Job Description:
Pay Range: $30.71hr - $35.71hr
  • We are seeking an experienced IT Compliance Specialist to support control testing, governance, and risk management activities.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT compliance, audit processes, and data analysis, along with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute control tests and validate evidence sufficiency and traceability.
  • Manage IRM records for issues and policy exceptions, ensuring timely updates and closure.
  • Design UAT scripts for IRM changes and coordinate testing activities.
  • Perform data quality routines and reconcile control catalogs, ownership, and status fields.
  • Create and enhance reports and dashboards for assurance KPIs and trends.
  • Collaborate with system and control owners to remediate findings and document evidence.
  • Contribute to improvements in testing methodologies, templates, and quality checklists.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel as required.
Experience:
  • Five years of experience in IT compliance, audit, control testing, or IRM, QA, or data analysis.
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of control testing methods including sampling, walkthroughs, and re-performance.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow IRM including records management, workflows, UAT, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and company policies.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
  • Certifications such as ISO 27001 Internal Auditor, PCI Professional, or CISA preferred.
