Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead

CGI is seeking a Senior UiPath Developer / Technical Lead to join its growing U.S. AI & Automation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced UiPath professional who enjoys remaining hands-on while providing technical leadership and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will design and develop enterprise-scale automation solutions, mentor other developers, participate in solution architecture, and work with clients to deliver scalable, high-quality automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise UiPath automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UiPath developers.
• Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture and automation framework design.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Support deployment and production implementation of automation solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand intelligent automation capabilities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath development.
• Experience with UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Strong knowledge of REFramework and enterprise automation best practices.
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, or .NET.
• Experience designing scalable RPA/automation solutions.
• Experience with requirements gathering, discovery, and solution design.
• Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or UiPath Architect.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certification.
• Experience with Document Understanding.
• Experience integrating UiPath with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure/cloud environments.
• Experience working in large enterprise automation programs.
