Our client is seeking to hire a Web Accessibility Analyst to conduct reviews for adherence with the client’s Digital Standards for Websites and Applications, which include standards for branding and digital accessibility.
Tasks
· Conduct reviews of websites and applications and documents for adherence with the Agency’s Digital Standards for Websites and Applications
· Test for digital accessibility using manual and automated tools including screen reader and other assistive technology
· Review for adherence with additional standards including branding
· Perform testing on desktop and mobile devices
· Thoroughly document review results
· Provide results to application support teams and stakeholders and meet with teams to explain results
· Work closely with team members to ensure processes are followed and optimized
· Other duties as assigned
NOTE: Candidates MUST be local to the Lansing, Michigan area (within 90 miles) at time of submission. Relocation not allowed. This position will require in-office work on Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with the ability to work remote Monday, Thursday and Friday. In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.

Skills Required:
· 1+ years - Experience testing applications for digital accessibility
· 1 year - Experience working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
· Advanced knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
· Advanced skills using assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack
· Associate’s degree or Some college
Skills Desired – A plus to have:
· 3+ years - Experience testing applications for digital accessibility
· Previous government experience
· Certification related to WCAG
