Summary

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Lead with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and 3rd-party procurement integrations. This is a hands-on role combining technical development, functional knowledge, and leadership, ideal for someone who can drive solutions end-to-end.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and implementation within PeopleSoft FSCM
Work across P2P modules (Procurement, AP, Supplier integrations)
Design and develop integrations with 3rd-party platforms such as Jaggaer, Coupa, and Ariba
Build and support integrations using Integration Broker, Component Interface, APIs (REST/SOAP), and file-based solutions
Develop and customize solutions using PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine)
Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, and Crystal Reports
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Lead code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior team members
Support full project lifecycle including implementation and post-production support

🔹 Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM / Financials
Expertise in PeopleTools 8.5x (App Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, CI)
Hands-on experience with P2P / Procure-to-Pay processes
Proven experience with integrations (Integration Broker, APIs, file-based, REST/SOAP)
Experience integrating with tools like Jaggaer, Coupa, or Ariba
Strong reporting experience (BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query, Crystal)
Ability to lead technical design and work independently

🔹 Nice to Have

Prior experience integrating Jaggaer with PeopleSoft
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Previous lead/mentoring experience
