We are seeking an IAM Operations Engineer to support and enhance Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes through automation, integrations, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools.
· Support and integrate IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk for provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management.
· Troubleshoot operational IAM issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
· Identify opportunities to automate manual IAM processes and improve security operations.
· Support information security technology implementations, data access controls, and risk management initiatives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver IAM solutions aligned with business and security requirements.
Required Skills
· Experience in IAM/IGA, cybersecurity, and automation scripting.
· Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell and/or Python.
· Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or CyberArk.
· Knowledge of SQL, cloud security, access governance, compliance, and risk management.
· Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
