Role: Marketing Data Science Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Contract to Hire (CTH)

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Marketing Data Science Manager who can bridge data modeling with real business impact.
• This role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to drive marketing strategy, optimize campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy ML/statistical models (MMM, attribution, segmentation, LTV, churn)
• Translate complex data into clear business and marketing insights
• Partner with marketing and product teams to drive strategy and ROI
• Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Excel, Streamlit)
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Python, and R
• Manage model deployment in AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3)
• Support experimentation (A/B testing) and campaign optimization
• Lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in marketing analytics, ML, and statistical modeling
• Strong experience with regression, time series, and predictive modeling
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and Power BI
• Hands-on experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EC2, S3)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Multi-touch attribution and ad platforms (Google Ads, DV360)
• A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Experience with Terraform and MMM tools
