Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the API domain to join our team. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible to drive the analysis, design, and implementation of API-based solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, define API specifications, and ensure seamless integration with banking & Financial systems. The candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience as Business Analyst in the Banking Industry.
Job Description:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst for at least 8 years of experience preferably in API based Solutions in Banking & Financial Industry.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OpenAPI (Swagger).
- Experience with API tools such as Postman, MuleSoft, Apigee, or AWS API Gateway.
- Knowledge of API security standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, TLS, SSL).
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Basic understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and integration with APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, BPMN.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and manage multiple priorities
