Summary
Business Analyst – UiPath (Healthcare/Epic)
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 3-Month Contract (Possible Extension/Full-Time Conversion)
<>Key Requirements
- Experience with Epic EHR workflows (Registration, Scheduling, Clinical Documentation, HIM, Revenue Cycle, Pharmacy).
- Strong understanding of Healthcare Provider Operations and Revenue Cycle processes.
- Hands-on experience creating BRDs, PDDs, Use Cases, and AS-IS/TO-BE Process Maps.
- Knowledge of UiPath RPA concepts, including Orchestrator and Attended/Unattended Bots.
- Experience conducting Process Discovery Workshops and identifying automation opportunities.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, and PHI compliance requirements.
- Experience with UAT, Test Planning, Go-Live Support, and Validation.
- Lead process discovery sessions and identify high-value automation opportunities within Epic workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for UiPath automation.
- Create BRDs, PDDs, process maps, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, IT, and compliance teams to deliver automation solutions.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with healthcare regulations and security standards.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the automation development team.
