Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – Salesforce to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce projects from planning to deployment
Coordinate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams
Drive Agile ceremonies, project governance, and release management
Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets
Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals

Required Skills:

8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years managing Salesforce projects
Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform
Understanding of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Expertise in Agile/Scrum project delivery
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills

Preferred:

Salesforce Certifications (Admin, App Builder, Consultant)
PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification
