Title : Java Backend Developer
Location : Sunrise, FL (Hybrid)
Duration : 12+ Months
Rate : $45/hr
Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 8+
Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
· Build and support event-driven architectures using Kafka
· Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
· Write unit tests, integration tests, and improve code coverage using JUnit and Mockito
· Participate in architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment activities
· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments
· Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize sprint deliverables
· Manage technical requirements based on new technologies, industry trends, defects, and enhancements
· Implement CI/CD best practices and maintain code quality standards
· Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
· Contribute to cloud-native application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
· Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software engineering best practices
Must Skills:
· Core Java fundamentals
· Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, and Microservices
· JUnit, Mockito, Integration Testing, and automated testing frameworks
· Maven, Gradle, SonarQube, and Git
· Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting;
· RDBMS, SQL, and NoSQL
· AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform’
· Docker, Kubernetes, Helm configurations, and container orchestration
· Dynatrace
