Enterprise Project Manager

Duties:

Requires an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of multiple Enterprise Architecture enablement initiatives, including the redesign and build of a modern EA SharePoint site, implementation and rollout of ServiceNow Application Inventory and Integration Registry capabilities, and deployment of enterprise agents that support architectural discovery, governance, and decision-making.

This role partners closely with Enterprise Architecture, platform owners, and delivery teams to ensure disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and on-time delivery. The Project Manager will establish and run delivery cadence, manage scope and risks, and provide transparent reporting across a portfolio of tightly related initiatives that collectively strengthen EA governance, visibility, and operational maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery management for multiple EA initiatives, including SharePoint development, ServiceNow configuration, integrations, and agent rollout.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams.
• Manage activity backlog, resource assignments, and project team delivery and deliverables.
• Document and manage scope, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, and project communications with clear escalation paths.
• Serve as primary delivery point of contact for Enterprise Architecture leadership, platform owners, and contributing teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, design reviews, sprint reviews, release management, and steering updates.
• Coordinate activities across designers, developers, architects, platform teams, and vendors/contractors.
• Track delivery against defined success metrics and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure readiness for UAT, production deployment, and operational handoff.
• Produce concise executive-level status reporting (schedule, scope, risks, dependencies, decisions).
