Summary

Job Title: Enterprise Agile Coach

Location: BROADWAY, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and guide product teams, leaders, and stakeholders through Agile adoption and transformation initiatives.
Support and enable Agile and enterprise transformation efforts across large, complex organizations.
Advance large-scale Agile transformation initiatives by promoting Agile principles and values.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance organizational agility.
Partner with teams to improve Agile delivery practices and execution.
Align Agile outcomes with business objectives and organizational goals.
Improve operational excellence through Agile methodologies and best practices.
Coach teams on Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
Facilitate Agile training sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements.
Implement Agile best practices, frameworks, and supporting tools.
Utilize Agile metrics and performance data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Influence teams and stakeholders without direct managerial authority.
Enable organizational and cultural change to increase Agile maturity.
Support enterprise-wide Agile maturity initiatives aligned with the organization's overall IT strategy.

Required Qualifications

Experience coaching Agile product transformations in large, complex environments.
Hands-on experience leading enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives.
Strong background in change management and organizational transformation.
Experience driving cultural transformation across enterprise organizations.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, methodologies, and delivery practices.
Experience coaching Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
Experience facilitating Agile workshops, training sessions, and team coaching.
Experience implementing Agile best practices and supporting tools.
Ability to analyze and leverage Agile metrics to improve team performance.
Excellent communication, facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong collaboration, leadership, and influencing abilities.
Ability to work effectively with executives, business leaders, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC or ICP-ATF)
Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Equivalent Agile coaching certifications are also acceptable.
