Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Engineer with strong cloud security expertise to support enterprise cloud initiatives for AMEX. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), cloud security architecture, IAM controls, Kubernetes (GKE), and secure access design patterns. This role requires 10+ years of overall cloud experience with strong knowledge of secure cloud engineering best practices.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of overall Cloud Engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)

• Proven experience designing and implementing secure cloud solutions

• Experience working in enterprise environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and secure cloud infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform

• Implement secure IAM policies and enforce least privilege access

• Manage and secure GKE clusters with just-in-time access controls

• Conduct and participate in architecture & security design reviews

• Ensure compliance with enterprise cloud security standards

• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams
