Director, Transaction Advisory

Immediate opening for a Director, Transaction Advisory Services to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements supporting private equity and strategic M&A transactions. This role will drive deal execution, deliver actionable financial insights, and help grow a high-performing TAS practice.

*This role is Fully Remote*

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures

• Analyze QoE, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow

• Manage multiple deal engagements simultaneously

• Oversee and mentor diligence teams

• Deliver client-ready reports and transaction insights

• Support business development and practice growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 10+ years of Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence experience

• 5+ years leading FDD engagements

• Strong M&A and deal execution background

• Experience supporting Private Equity clients preferred

Nice to Have:

• CPA or CFA

• Big 4 or national advisory firm background

• Practice development / client origination experience
