Location: Grand Prairie, TX (Onsite)
Work Schedule: 4/10 First Shift, Monday to Thursday 10 hours per day.
Pay Rate: $83.70/hr on W2 [the pay rate may differ depending on your skills, education, experience, and other qualifications]

Job Description:
· This Mechanical Engineer role merges HVAC design, system commissioning, and Building Management System (BMS) controls. You will deliver comprehensive engineering packages—from calculating initial cooling/heating loads to programming sequences of operation and validating final system performance.
· Plans, designs and oversees the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities.
· Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
· Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings.
· Prepares bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
· Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
· Inspects or directs the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Required Skills:
· Bachelor''s Degree (in Mechanical Engineering)
· 5+ years experience in Mechanical Engineer role merges HVAC design
· 5+ years experience in Building Management System (BMS)
· Experience delivering comprehensive engineering packages—from calculating initial cooling/heating loads to programming sequences of operation and validating final system performance.
