Associate Director, Customer Experience & Omnichannel Enablement

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to guide digital marketing capabilities and strategies.
• Conduct thorough research and discovery to understand and address client business needs.
• Lead change management initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Create and deliver training programs for clients and partners on new tools and platforms.
• Provide strategic and tactical advice to enhance client relationships and project outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends to ensure cutting-edge service offerings and client solutions.

Skills

• Proven experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing agencies or consultancies.
• Strong background in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences marketing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex challenges.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of data-driven marketing practices and omnichannel marketing technologies.
• Ability to mentor and manage junior staff, fostering their professional development.
