Hope Network is hiring an Assistant Production Coordinator to help lead production. You?ll gain hands-on leadership experience while working toward a clear path to a Production Coordinator role.

$17.50/hour | Monday?Friday | 2:30 PM ? 11:00 PM

What You?ll Be Doing:

Help run day-to-day production operations
Keep production on track to hit deadlines
Support, coach, and guide team members on the floor
Make sure quality and safety standards are met
Jump in to solve problems and keep things moving

What We?re Looking For:

Manufacturing or production experience (2+ years)
Some leadership, team lead, or training experience preferred
Someone reliable who shows up and gets the job done
A strong communicator who can work with different teams
A ?take initiative? mindset

What You Need:

High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of manufacturing or production experience
1+ year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
