Job Summary

The Marketing and Communications team at Huntsman Mental Health Institute is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Web Administrator to help support and enhance our digital presence. In this role, you'll support the design, development, optimization, and ongoing management of the institute's websites and digital platforms, ensuring they reflect our brand while advancing our organizational goals.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll translate business and content needs into engaging, user-friendly web experiences that meet accessibility, compliance, and performance standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in web development, user experience (UX/UI), and data analytics, along with a passion for creating intuitive, high-performing digital experiences.

Responsibilities
Assist with website maintenance, accessibility improvements, troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing support tasks as needed
Design, build, and maintain webpages and site components within a CMS environment (Drupal or similar)
Implement front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support responsive, accessible web experiences
Develop and optimize site architecture, navigation, and user experience across digital properties
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and support remediation of web and document content
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate content and business requirements into technical web solutions
Analyze website performance and user engagement data to inform continuous improvements
Support integration of web platforms with analytics tools, forms, and third-party systems such as Campaign Studio and My Emma, supporting automated workflows, data accuracy, and system compatibility.
Maintain consistency with brand, UX, and digital governance standards
Apply UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards to enhance usability and optimize digital experiences across web platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience

Web Administrator, II: Requires a bachelor's (or equivalency) + 4 years or a master's (or equivalency) + 2 years of directly related work experience.

Preferences
Due to the technical nature of this position it is required that a successful candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, Digital Media Technology, or a closely related technical field or foreign equivalent.
Experience with content management systems (Drupal preferred) and web publishing workflows
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and front-end web development principles, including working knowledge of JavaScript Adobe
Creative Cloud and/or other web and graphic design software
Experience with web analytics tools, reporting, and data interpretation
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
Understanding of UX/UI principles, wireframing, information architecture, and responsive web design
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across technical, marketing, and operational teams
