- Content Data Analyst/Technical BSA (Data heavy)
- Focus: Data analysis, data technical documentation and requirements, backlog management, strong organizational skills (need to reorganize and structure several disparate confluence pages), work closely with engineering
· Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business and content‑related data requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical requirements
· Create, refine, and manage Jira stories, tasks, and defects, including clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and dependencies, to support data and content initiatives
· Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure Jira tickets are ready for development and aligned to sprint and release goals
· Analyze data sets to identify trends, gaps, and quality issues, and support root‑cause analysis and remediation of data defects
· Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and data/engineering teams to ensure shared understanding of data needs and constraints
· Support data governance practices by ensuring consistent definitions, standards, and usage of content and business data across platforms
· Support testing, validation, and release readiness activities, including documentation and operational handoff
· Provide support for data‑related questions and triage issues, partnering with engineering and platform teams as needed
· Skills Needed
· Strong SQL skills and experience querying and validating large, complex datasets
· Experience supporting content, digital, marketing, or product data domains
· Familiarity with data quality, data governance, and metadata management concepts and practices
· Familiarity with analytics, BI, or data visualization tools
· Exposure to data lineage, catalog, or discovery tools
· Experience working in Agile or product‑oriented delivery environments
· Experience documenting technical and data requirements, including acceptance criteria and data specifications
· Hands‑on experience as a data analyst or technical analyst is strongly preferred

· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable requirements
· Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, especially when documenting requirements and Jira tickets
· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders
· Strong attention to detail, balanced with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams
· Willingness to learn and grow in a technically complex, data‑driven environment
· Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
· Strong sense of ownership and accountability for data quality and outcomes
