  • 8–12+ years in Application Architecture / Solution Architecture
  • Strong experience in Application Migration & Modernization
  • Expertise in Application Portfolio Assessment and large-scale enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of 7R / R-Treatment Frameworks – Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Rearchitect, Repurchase, Retire, Retain
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, with strong Azure / Google Cloud Platform awareness
  • Experience with On-Prem to Cloud Migration and Hybrid/Multi-Cloud Architecture

  • Migration tools: AWS MGN, DMS, SCT, DataSync, AWS MAP

  • Strong understanding of Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless, API-first & Event-driven Architecture
  • Experience with DevSecOps / CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Terraform, CloudFormation, GitOps
  • Application assessment tools: CAST, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SonarQube, Veracode, AWS X-Ray
  • Experience with Application Dependency Mapping, Cloud Readiness Assessment & Technical Health Assessment
  • Strong experience in Migration Wave Planning, Roadmap Development, Risk Assessment & Effort Estimation
  • Ability to develop TCO, ROI and modernization business cases
  • Strong client-facing, presentation, consulting and pre-sales / solutioning experience
  • Experience working with CxO-level stakeholders and onsite/offshore teams
