Workato Integration Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

·      Own end-to-end Workato architecture for enterprise integration, automation, and AI initiatives.

·      Design API-led, event-driven, real-time, batch, and workflow-based integrations.

·      Architect AI-powered automations and agentic workflows using Workato Agent Studio, Genies, and enterprise applications.

·      Define reusable AI-agent skills, knowledge-driven workflows, and multi-step process orchestration.

·      Use Workato Copilot and AI capabilities to accelerate recipes, mappings, formulas, connectors, documentation, and optimization.

·      Establish standards for recipes, connectors, APIs, security, governance, error handling, environments, and reusable components.

·      Guide engineering teams on solution design, performance, resilience, security, and observability.

·      Support client discussions, presales, estimates, proposals, and architecture presentations; mentor engineers and develop reusable accelerators.

Required Qualifications

·      Strong Workato architecture and enterprise delivery experience.

·      Deep knowledge of Workato recipes, connectors, API management, workflow automation, and integration lifecycle management.

·      Experience designing AI-enabled integrations, agentic workflows, or enterprise AI automation solutions.

·      Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, event-driven architecture, data mapping, and error/retry strategies.

·      Experience integrating applications across HR, finance, sales, ITSM, supply chain, or other enterprise domains.

·      Experience defining Workato governance, security, reusable frameworks, and architecture standards.

·      Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience with Workato Agent Studio, Genies, Copilot, AI by Workato, or AI/LLM integrations.

·      Workato certifications.

·      Experience integrating enterprise AI/LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or comparable technologies.

·      Experience with multiple iPaaS platforms and enterprise security or GRC environments.

·      Presales or solution consulting experience.
