We are looking for
Packaging Cost Management and Feasibility Studies (20%)
· Responsible for Packaging configuration cost saving initiatives and conduct packaging feasibility studies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Packaging engineering and validation activities (10%)
· Prepare packaging validation protocols and reports, conduct engineering studies to validate packaging changes and oversee the design, testing, and validation of packaging materials and processes.
Technical justification and Change Proposals (5%)
· Prepare comprehensive position papers outlining the rationale for proposed packaging changes.
Packaging Process Improvement and evaluation (5%)
· Continuously evaluate and improve packaging processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
· Drive key metrics including sustainability, material efficiency, and logistics savings.
Packaging Material Qualification & Validation (2%)
· Lead material qualifications for packaging changes such as resin material changes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Packaging changes in Manufacturing and develop corresponding technical documentation to meet those needs.
Labelling changes support (3%)
· Review and approve labelling changes.
Vendor Management (5%)
· Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for packaging materials and equipment. Collaborate with packaging components suppliers to procure production materials.
Strategic Alignment & Risk Mitigation (5%)
· Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of packaging strategies and initiatives. Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to secure approval for supplier changes.
· Participate in risk assessments and ensure packaging designs meet safety and quality standards.
Packaging Documentation & Change Control (10%)
· Develop and maintain packaging documentation, including drawings, specifications, and procedures. Manage change orders to update specifications and drawings.
Project Deliverables Review, Process Optimization, and Defect Tracking (5%)
· Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide solutions to ensure product quality and integrity.
Project Management (5%)
· Manage packaging projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Reporting and Presentations (5%)
Prepare regular updates and presentations for senior management.
