We are looking for an AI Architect to lead the testing organization’s AI strategy and drive AI-enabled quality engineering initiatives across the software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define AI vision and architecture for the testing function
• Identify opportunities to improve testing activities using AI:
Test case generation
Test data creation
Automated test maintenance
Defect prediction
Root cause analysis
Intelligent regression selection
Risk-based test prioritization
• Design and implement AI-enabled frameworks for:
Functional testing
API testing
UI automation
Performance testing
Security testing support
• Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD and quality engineering workflows
• Evaluate and recommend AI/ML, GenAI, and automation tools
• Define governance, privacy, security, and compliance standards for AI usage
• Build integrations with LLMs, defect systems, observability tools, and CI platforms
• Mentor QA engineers and SDETs on AI-assisted testing practices
• Lead PoCs and enterprise-scale AI testing rollouts
Required Skills:
• 8+ years in QA automation, software testing, quality engineering, or test architecture
• 3+ years designing or implementing AI/ML or GenAI solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of:
SDLC/STLC
Test automation frameworks
CI/CD pipelines
Quality engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with:
Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL
Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, GitLab
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, RAG concepts, AI agents/workflow automation
• Experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms
• Knowledge of observability tools, analytics, and scalable enterprise architecture
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience building AI copilots for QA teams
• Vector DB, MLOps/LLMOps knowledge
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Performance/load testing experience
• Apigee/API gateway experience
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
