Senior Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Client is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives focused on improving operational performance, increasing visibility through reporting and analytics, and driving cost optimization opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic, multi-year initiatives through effective project execution, process improvement, KPI development, and stakeholder engagement.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reporting and analytical insights to improve visibility into performance, identify trends, and uncover gaps across business operations.

• Identify opportunities to reduce spend through data-driven analysis and recommendations.

• Build and implement processes, KPIs, and system capabilities to support improved operational efficiency and performance tracking.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and contribute to multi-year strategic planning.

• Lead and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget targets.

• Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.

• Use advanced analytics to develop business cases that quantify project benefits and support decision-making for investment and change initiatives.

• Analyze current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and bridge gaps to drive operational excellence.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess team performance and operational outcomes.

• Engage, lead, and influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure project requirements and deliverables are met.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in an implementation, project management, operations, or business transformation role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data.

• Experience developing KPIs, performance reporting, and measurement frameworks.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to present insights and business cases to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications, enterprise operations, procurement, or large corporate environments.

• Experience in operational excellence / process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Advanced experience using reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
