Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior EUC / Endpoint Engineer with strong experience supporting enterprise Windows and Apple environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, software packaging and deployment, endpoint security, automation, and modern device management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Windows 11, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage Windows security features including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Windows LAPS, and security/compliance policies.
• Support macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices using Intune, Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, and Apple Business Manager.
• Configure Apple device enrollment, configuration profiles, FileVault, applications, and device policies.
• Package and deploy enterprise applications using MSI, MSIX, Win32, EXE, App-V, PKG, and DMG formats.
• Manage application dependencies, detection rules, supersedence, silent installation, uninstall processes, and rollback plans.
• Deploy applications through Intune, Company Portal, SCCM/MECM, and Software Center using pilot groups, phased deployments, and deployment rings.
• Manage Windows Update for Business, update rings, Delivery Optimization, and endpoint reporting.
• Develop automation and troubleshooting scripts using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, Microsoft Graph PowerShell, Bash/Z shell, JSON, and XML.
• Support modern provisioning and migration using Autopilot, Entra Join, Hybrid Entra Join, co-management, and tenant attach.
• Assist with migration from traditional imaging, Group Policy, and legacy software-distribution platforms to modern cloud-based endpoint management.
• Support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, SSO, certificates, PKI, and least-privilege administration.
• Implement endpoint security and compliance using Defender, CrowdStrike, BitLocker, FileVault, Microsoft Purview, security baselines, and vulnerability remediation.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting using Endpoint Analytics, Intune/SCCM reporting, Event Viewer, Reliability Monitor, Performance Monitor, registry/log analysis, and network troubleshooting tools.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Remote Desktop Services, and other virtual desktop/application platforms.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, problems, knowledge articles, CMDB, and asset-management activities using ServiceNow.
• Provide Tier 3/senior-level support, investigate root causes, and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal guidance.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and proactively develop better tools, automation, scripts, and workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles for endpoint and EUC environments.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Windows 11, Autopilot, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and Windows Update for Business.
• Strong software packaging and application deployment experience.
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation experience.
• Experience managing Apple enterprise devices.
• Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex issues, and recommend process improvements.
