Summary
Introduction:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join their team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in the banking/financial services industry and hold a PMP certification.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project completion
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements
- Manage resources and budget effectively to achieve project goals
- Conduct post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Technical Program Manager experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of API, Cloud, AWS/Azure, DevOps, and Kubernetes
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the banking/financial services industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
