Description:

Position: L3 Support Tech Deskside

Location: Huntsville, AL (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Qualifications (Must Haves)

Minimum 3+ years of IT support experience.
Strong Windows and Linux server administration skills.
Solid networking experience (TCP/IP, OSI layers, network troubleshooting).
Application-specific support with basic troubleshooting capabilities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with cloud technologies.
Exposure to AMR technologies such as MIR, Autoguide, Omron, JBT, Creform, OTTO, AIUT/Aformic, or Bastian Automation.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation frameworks.
