Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Hartford, CT – Remote 
Duration: One Year Contract
Job Type: Contract on W2

Job Description:
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Salesforce applications supporting business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, integrations, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug Salesforce applications
• Manage configurations and workflows to support business needs
• Develop solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, Aura, and Visualforce
• Work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments
• Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across platforms
• Diagnose platform issues and coordinate resolutions
• Conduct performance testing and tuning for scalability and reliability
• Review and troubleshoot vendor partner deliverables
• Participate in Agile software development activities

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, and SQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based source control tools such as Bitbucket
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Developer Certification
• Experience with Experience Cloud
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
