Tradeweb Technology jobs are fully remote. The Tradeweb Technology hub is located in our Jersey City office which can be used for team meetings and collaboration efforts. There may be days where travel to the Jersey City office is recommended for organizational off-sites.
Job Responsibilities
- C++ application development
- Participate in application design and implementation
- Enhancement of existing technological platform.
- Development of back-end services
- Design and write unit tests
- Participate in code / design reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 5+ years? experience in C++ programming.
- Strong skills in both structural and OO programming, C++: concepts, data structures, patterns, templates, multithreaded programming
- Experience in development using Visual Studio on Windows
- Good knowledge of databases.
- Extensive problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels within IT and the various Business Units
- Ability to work independently and within a team, own issues and solve them
- Ability to recognize critical production and client-facing issues, and prioritize them
Desirable Skills:
- Finance background, particularly in Fixed Income
- Experience with Perl scripting
- JavaScript knowledge/experience
- Experience with FIX protocol
- Good knowledge of communication protocol fundamentals

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $150,000 to $225,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
- This role will also be eligible to participate in Tradeweb?s discretionary bonus program.
- This role is expected to remain open until 5/4/26.
