Job Description:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager with experience supporting digital products, internal tools, and backend services in large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with exposure to Agile product development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery and execution of the roadmap for Lounge Services
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
- Partner with engineering, content, and design teams to support feature development, testing, and launch readiness
- Maintain and groom product backlogs to ensure prioritization and delivery alignment
- Track feature progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, or dependencies
- Support KPI definition and success metrics for new product features and enhancements
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and launch expectations
Required Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, or related field
- Foundational experience in Product Management or related roles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong experience writing structured requirements and product documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams
- Basic technical understanding of digital platforms and backend services
- Experience supporting digital products and internal enterprise applications
- Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or enterprise CMS platforms
- Experience working in large matrixed organizations with regulatory environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer-facing digital platforms
- Exposure to KPI tracking and product analytics
- Experience coordinating cross-functional product launches
